This is a fully remote position, with an option to also work out of our office in Austin, TX.
From a high-level perspective, this position is responsible for:
- Helping our software clients better understand the platform through education and video walkthroughs
- Ensuring our software clients are utilizing the platform and engaging them to do so through email nurturing campaigns
- Building long-term relationships through results-driven account management
- Having an in-depth understanding of the customer’s needs and being responsible for communicating common customer behaviors to the leadership, sales, marketing, and product teams.
Annual Salary: $44,000 – $74,000
