Our software can be individually adapted to your company needs. Among other things, you can create different accounts for your company – for different brands, for example. Or you can divide your accounts between sales regions, if you need. This allows users of the software to segment and assign different roles and access rights.

The Customer Feedback is part of the Engage tool. Engage is the central tool for gathering and managing feedback of your locations. Respond to Customer Feedback directly from the cloud. If, for example a branch with consistently positive ratings emerges, you can investigate this and derive best practice measures for other locations.
With our “Publish” or posting feature, you can regularly feed your locations with the latest content.
You can create users easily and customize their rights via the platform.
