New review notifications can be set in the ‘User Rights‘ section under ‘Email notifications‘.
The frequency can be set to ‘Immediate‘ or ‘Daily‘. Daily emails will be sent in the mornings.
This will trigger a notification on all reviews..
You are also able to define filters to narrow the notifications on reviews you are most interested in.
To set up a review filter, navigate to the ‘Customer Feedback‘ section. Select a filter and ‘Save‘ it. Make sure to ‘Subscribe‘ to you filter and set the frequency.
You must allows the email notification for ‘New Reviews’ on your ‘User Settings’ before setting up the filter on the ‘Customer Feedback’ section, otherwise you will not be able to subscribe.
