In order to update your response to a user review on Google, please follow the steps:
- On the Customer Feedback section of our platform, find and select the specific review – it may be helpful to filter by date range, directory, or feedback type.
- Write the new comment below the existing response and press Submit.
The re-submission will replace your initial response in Google, instead of creating multiple responses.
This feature is only available to users that have access to the Reputation Management module of our product.
