Meet Madison
Before joining Direction as a Creative Director, she worked as a Mandarin Chinese linguist in the U.S. Air Force, deployed to Afghanistan, and served as an intelligence analyst at the NSA. As someone who loves communication, and as a published author, her job is now in helping healthcare companies communicate clearly and effectively. She loves to work with healthcare brands to craft creative messaging that educates, informs, and builds trust. Because the healthcare industry needs more than accurate information, it needs messages that people actually understand and remember.
The Creative Role
At Direction, Madison guides creative development across SEO, content, and brand messaging. She helps healthcare providers communicate with the people they serve; patients, caregivers, and communities, all through language that informs, connects, and respects their needs.
Madison starts with better questions. The kind of questions that reveal what’s not being said, surface what’s being overlooked, and get to the root of the problem fast. Her ability to see patterns others miss helps her clarify goals, and turn messy ideas into messaging that works. Whether she’s shaping content strategy or building a brand voice, her approach balances clear thinking with a deep understanding of how people communicate.
Beyond the Agency
Madison is the successfully published author of The Heart Reset, serves on the board of EO Austin, and is a loving mother to three beautiful children.
