About The Dental Team

The Dental Team is a Canadian dental association made up of ten practices and their dentists, hygienists, and specialists. Patients across the network get care from established, top-rated providers under one brand.

When they came to us, that brand was split across separate sites that competed with each other for the same searches. The work started there.

The challenge: ten dental brands fighting each other in search

Ten dental offices meant ten online presences, each ranking on its own and none of them building on the others. Patients searching for a dentist found a scattered set of pages instead of one strong network. The sites loaded slowly and ranked for almost nothing.

Before launching a full-on dental marketing strategy, we had to first start at the foundation. 

We designed and developed a new website that brought every practice in the network under one roof. One consolidated site gives patients a clean path to the right office, and it lets ranking signals compound across the whole network instead of splitting ten ways. Which all led to the results coming in faster than a ten-site approach would have.

Inside The Dental Team's SEO Campaign

Before launching The Dental Team’s SEO campaign, we designed and developed a new website for their organization that consolidated all of the dental brands in their network. By doing so, we were able to not only provide a stellar user experience to their audience, but use this consolidated approach to advance SEO results much more quickly.

Local SEO and Google Business Profile

All ten offices run on Google Business Profile. We set up and worked each location's profile so every office shows up in the local map results for "dentist near me" searches in its own city. For a multi-location dental group, that's where most new patients start.

Link building & digital PR

We earn anywhere from 4-6 authoritative, dental-relevant backlinks for the network every month. We focus on sites that carry weight in healthcare and the local Canadian market, the kind of links that tell Google these pages deserve to rank. Slow and consistent beats a one-time spike.

Content Creation

We publish four patient-focused blog posts a month across the site. Each one targets the questions patients type before they book, which widens the range of searches the network ranks for month after month.

Technical SEO

We keep every page on the site fast, crawlable, and structured for organic search. Clean architecture and quick load times are what let the content and links actually convert into rankings.
